DUTY OF HEALTH & SAFETY

CHAUFFEURS ARE COVID-19 RAPID TESTED AND PRESCREENED

When requested, chauffeurs can be Covid-19 rapid tested (FDA Emergency Use Authorized) prior to a pickup for ultimate peace-of-mind. All chauffeurs are assessed for the following symptoms prior to beginning their shift and monitored in between rides via survey:

Luggage will only be handled upon the passengers request. All items have been removed from the back of the vehicle.

Ride behind the passenger seat or the 3rd row when available. Sprinters and coaches will only be filled to 50% occupancy.

 

IN-VEHICLE SAFETY DIVIDER

The COD fleet features In-Vehicle Dividers for occupant health, safety and peace-of-mind.

Dividers are recommended by the CDC, made of shatterproof polycarbonate and have been designed to not interfere with the safety of the vehicle.

 

*In the event of a positive Covid-19 test result from a Chauffeur on Demand employee, affiliate or passenger, a complete contact tracing protocol will be implemented.

Chauffeurs continue to wear face masks

Chauffeurs will have extra face masks and carry hand sanitizer for passenger use. Vehicles have Ionizer HEPA Filter device installed to clean in-cabin air. In addition, the vehicles ventialtion system will be used to bring in fresh air.

Vehicles are sanitized with disinfectant

Vehicles are sprayed with Electrostatic Devices filled with Vital Oxide before every shift and chauffeurs sanitize the vehicle in-between rides. Passenger windows are recommended to be cracked open for ventilation purposes.
